Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at KiddoLuv. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within [1–3] business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

• If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or carrier delays, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons or unforeseen carrier issues.

3. International Shipping

• We do not offer international shipping.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

KiddoLuv is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (duties, taxes, tariffs, etc.).

4. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at kiddoluv@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

KiddoLuv ships to P.O. Box addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.

6. Items Lost, Damaged, or Missing

• Damaged Items: If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at kiddoluv@yahoo.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or local delivery staff before reaching out to kiddoluv@yahoo.com
